Susie Nash, our Executive Director, has been with the Treasure Coast Wildlife Center since 2016. She has been in management for over 40 years, she built five businesses from the ground up, and owned her own business. 24 years of her management experience was in orthopedics, so Susie understands the hospital aspect of our daily operations. Always having her own love of wildlife, Susie was drawn to TCWC. Her favorite animal you can come visit is the Eastern Screech Owl.
Cindy started at the Treasure Coast Wildlife Center after applying for an internship to complete her Wildlife Biology degree from Unity College in 1998, and was hired as a staff member shortly after graduating. After moving back north and working as a wildlife rehabber in Somesville, Maine, and also as a veterinary technician for 18 years, Cindy moved back to Florida 2 years ago and rejoined the TCWC team full time as our Clinic Director.
Corinna started volunteering at the Treasure Coast Wildlife Center in 2011, before being hired as staff in 2014. She is a certified rehabber for the state of Florida. Corinna has always had an interest in working with animals. Corinna's favorite part of her job is successfully returning rehabbed patients to the wild.
Mike began working with the Treasure Coast Wildlife Center as a wildlife rehabber in June 2023. He received his masters in Herpetology through the Amphibian Foundation and teaches the certification for Herpetology online. Three years ago, with the guidance of indigenous people, Mike started doing biodiversity research in the Amazon through Fund Amazonia and Earth Watch. He is passionate about being part of TCWC's mission to treat injured or sick wildlife and return them back to their natural habitat.
Savannah began with the Treasure Coast Wildlife as an intern before joining our staff. She graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Computational Biology. Savannah enjoys working directly with our reptiles and has experience working with a variety of reptilian species. Her favorite part of working at TCWC is being able to help make a difference in the lives of animals who come into the Center.
Wildlife Operations Assistant
Evan has been a volunteer for several years and now works part-time for TCWC doing a variety of things that are essential to our everyday operations. Evan is passionate about wildlife rescue and plans to become a wildlife rehabber after graduating high school. His dedication to our wildlife residents and to the Treasure Coast wildlife Center is invaluable.
